Why the dress code so strict #1

The dress code be strict since i got in 9th grade. I agree with them with baggy jeans it make young adults look bad. but all the other dress code rules are getting out of hand. Now we can't wear holes and our pants holes in our pants are not hurting anybody at all. We can't wear certain kind of shirts to school the dress code is just out hand. school board need to give the students a little bit of freedom.
